Nikon Launched Nikon D750 D-SLR camera at Rs. 1,34,450

Key Features

 -24.3-megapixel full-frame sensor
 -Wi-Fi
 -60fps 1080p video capture

Nikon India has introduced a new digital SLR camera called D750. The D750 comes with built-in Wi-Fi and features a tilting monitor .

The D750 is the first Nikon FX-format (full-frame) camera to adopt a monocoque structure, eliminating the rear body. The camera employs carbon-fiber reinforced thermoplastics (LFT) for the front body and cover, and magnesium alloy for the rear and top panels to reduce weight and increase durability.

The D750 has a 24.3-megapixel CMOS sensor and Expeed 4 image-processing engine inside carbon-fiber reinforced thermoplastics (LFT) and magnesium alloy body. The camera has an effective ISO range from 100 to 12800 and is also expandable from Lo 1 (ISO 50 equivalent) right up to Hi 2 (ISO 51200 equivalent). The 51-point autofocus (AF) system employs a new AF sensor module that enhances low-light performance (down to -3EV). It can also record FHD (1920x1080/60p) videos at 60fps.

The 51-point autofocus (AF) system employs a new AF sensor module that enhances low-light performance (down to -3EV), making it possible to shoot using AF in dark environments. A Group-area AF mode also works to detect moving subjects. The Nikon D750 looks and feels like an update to the Nikon D610, the lower-cost full-frame option in Nikon’s DSLR line-up. It gets you a high-grade magnesium alloy body, although as usual much of that is covered by the rubberised handgrip.

You get twin control dials and plenty of direct access feature buttons, meaning anyone who has some experience using a Nikon DSLR should slip right into using the Nikon D750.

First Impressions

There are no big surprises in the Nikon D750. For the most part, it’s a Nikon D610 with Wi-Fi, a tilt screen and updated video skills.
However, these are changes that affect what the camera is like to use in a positive way, without any real drawbacks.
