Gionee’s latest smartphone from M series is now listed on online retailer eBay for Rs. 13999 only. It is also listed on official Gionee website. This smartphone is the successor of Gionee M2. Gionee Marathon M3 is paked with 5000 mAh battery as compared to 4200 mAh battery in Gionee M2. Marathon word was added in the name just because it guarantees a great battery life.

If we talk about hardware specifications, The Gionee Marathon M3 (better than the Gionee M2) is a quad band smartphone with 3G support. It is 10.4mm thick and weight without the battery is about 180 grams. This dual SIM handset is powered by 1.3GHz quad core processor (cortex A7) MediaTek MT6582 coupled with Mali 400 MP2 GPU. Handset runs KitKat 4.4.2 with Amigo UI over a 5 inch OGS IPS screen with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution.

Review : 

Design :

  LG G3 and LG G3 Beat , both have microphones , both have IR blasters but the g3 has the antenna on the bottom .Of course both have micro USB 2.0 charging ports headphone jacks and another microphone .the LG g3 beats is short and stout. LG g3 has a 5.5inch display while they beat only has a 5-inch display .The notification letter also different as the beat only blinks in red while the g3 blinks in multi colors in terms of design there really isn't too much of a difference between these two phones ,but the micro SIM card slot and a micro SD card slot are in different locations.

Screen :

  One of the most prominent features an LG G3 is the quality HD display unfortunately due to budget reasons you'll find  a 720 P display with the PPI up to 294 , versus the  PPI 538 on LG g3 but both are IPS displays .  During my display testing colors were slightly more accurate would better saturation and contrast on LG G three beat plus to screen gets a bit brighter in this may be the reason why the images and colors like slightly better on the Beat than LG g3 .Since both the IPS panels but they're gonna have excellent viewing angles when viewing from the side the top and the bottom .it's also important to add that you don't get Gorilla Glass but the LG G3 beat and that's a pretty cheap and pretty crappy thing for LG not to add it's just basic protection nowadays in smartphones

Speakers:

  In terms a speaker loudness both have a rear fire in speakers which are not exactly the best but both seem to be about the same in terms of loudness the g3 may seem a little bit louder attimes but for the most part I found an identical.

Internal :

  LG g3 has a quad-core Snapdragon 801 clock at 2.5 gigahertz has 3 gigabytes of RAM and the adrenal 330 for graphics it's pretty impressive specs it specially if you compare it's the not so hot beat the LG g3 beat has a quad-core Snapdragon 400 clocked at 1.2  gigahertz 1 gigabyte of RAM and the adrenal 305 for graphics of course you know right off the bat that the LG g3 is going to dominate and performance tests which it does in every test respectively however one thing I did not anticipate was running to get benchmarked 3 graphics test and the G3 Beats ran out of memory and I was unable to complete the testing in fact the had to run each the manhattan dante Rex test individually clearing out any background applications.

Gaming :

 Dead trigger 2 works  very well and this is the game has a lot of high frame rates and you can see it's doing it with no stutter or no lag so I was very impressed so I was very impressed but that the next game I tested with injustice, injustices a fighting game that has a lot of Frame rates as well .I did not experience any lag or stutter when it came to this game every once in a while there might be a little hiccup the only problem was that it suffered from the heating on the back ironically some apps open quicker on the beat . I only tested a few laps I tried the Google Play Store .I tried opening up the YouTube app and I also tried opening up the camera happened every time the LGG 3b was a little bit ahead at the LG g3 but in terms of multitasking in tasks such as that you're gonna find better results on the lg g3 due to the increase RAM in overall better specs there's only a  gigabyte serve on board storage with the LG g3 be so I highly insist that you get a micro SD card and after the bloatware and LG scan you're going to find about 5 gigabytes of storage left on this device .

Camera:

 The camera is the 8-megapixel shooter on the back has a 1.3 megapixel front-facing camera has the advanced optical image stabilization single LED flash And of course there has Laser autofocus that the LG g3 is known for.

Battery :

  LG G3 Beats feature a 2610mah Battery . it doesn't sound like much but it is enough to get you through the day not as batteries also removable so you can swap it out with a new one if you have one.

Storage:

 Total Internal storage is 8gb, you're going to find about 5 gigabytes of storage left on this device .I highly insist that you get a micro SD card

Review :

Its the best phone in terms of quality and quantity I have ever encountered so far, it beats the hell outta galaxy S5 which is selling their exonys processors in india and making customers fool. This phone delivers what it offers, a great premium experience, The only downside with indian version is exclusion of 4G and only 64GB expandable memory, which i suppose should not be a problem because 4G is not available in whole country save 1 or 2 cities. 
Its simply the best android flagship in present time. and though it is costly and most people compare the flagship phones to nexus 5 like me, but its way too ahead, it has got superior camera, superior sound and earphones, 3GB ram, a better processor, water proof, dust resistant, a great premium design, what else to ask for?


Pros:

Screeen - IPS makes it stunning than many of the other flagship models as well Z1. 
Processor - Ultra Fast due to 801 Chipsets. Never hangs or heats up. 
Ram - 3 GB ram which makes the device super fast. 
Weight - Extremely well built and you really feel this phone lighter even in pockets. 
Battery - 3 Days in Stamina Mode (very useful) and 1.5 days on normal usage with 3G, Listening to songs and other regular activities. No problems faced. Very impressed. 
LED Indicator - Well placed and very useful. 
Sound Quality - Amazing with and without headphones both for calls and audio. 
Wireless connectivity - Awesome. 

Con's

Nothing much. 
Some may feel the phone to be little larger, this definitely smaller than a Note 3. 

Smartband

Very useful accesory that can track every moment of your life. 
Getting used to it only now. 
Tracks how much walk, speak, listen to music, sleep, burn calories etc etc.. very useful if worn 24/7. 

This phone is definitely worth the investment against the other flagship models that are currently available and this includes S5 and HTC M8 (One 2)
