Apple releases iOS 8 GM to developers ( New Features, Design Tweaks & Ton of new wallpapers)





Nearly five weeks after releasing the Fifth beta of iOS 8, Apple has  seeded the 

iOS 8 GM beta  to developers. The beta is labeled as build 12a4318c, and is available for compatible iPhone, iPad and iPod touch devices.

If you’re a registered iOS developer, you can grab the new beta from either the online dev portal as a standalone download, or via your device’s OTA (over-the-air) update mechanism. 



New Features & Changelog :

- Music app icon seems to have gotten a tint change
updated clock icon (heavier lines for the clock hands)

- Tons of new wallpaper images
   
- SMS relay is now called Text message Forwarding
- New iCloud Backup icon
- Voice Activation is now labeled ‘Hey Siri’
- New Battery Life Suggestions in Settings
- Updated passbook icon
