There are a few key thing you need to know about QuickScope. First of all, it’s in your app switcher. Once you activate your app switcher you’ll see a search bar at the top. This search bar will search your device, but also has commands which it will execute. In order to make the tweak start listening for a command, just tap the search bar and start your command with a space. For example, the “play” command would be type ” play”, with a space before it. Quickscope users need to remember when using this tweak to put a space before the search term and after unless you are searching for items directly on the device locally.
Essentially, there are 3 modes to QuickScope.
1: Your everyday search : This allows you to search through apps, contacts, toggles etc.
2: Interactive Mode : In this mode, you can do more than just search. You can play music, take notes, use a calculator, tweet, look up interesting stuff around you and a whole lot more.
3: Movie Mode : QuickScope shows you everything you need to know to pick the right movie for you.
NOTE: There is a light version of QuickScope which meant to serve as a trial. There is no time limit, but, only two basic features are available to use; Searching apps, and toggles.
